Sleepwalking

The alarm goes off,
But she doesn't even hear it.
She sleeps on the left,
Cuz on that side, she's near it.
I say "hey honey",
"Why can't you hear that ring?"
She says "Oh my God!",
"What is that furry thing?"

Because she's SLEEPWALKING,
Right there in the bed. (Right beside the bed)
I'm sure she's SLEEPWALKING,
Doesn't even move her head.
My wife is SLEEPWALKING
That is what I said,
That's right, she's SLEEPWALKING,
And she'll do it 'til she's dead.

She's getting out of bed now,
Shuffling across the floor.
Walking down the hall,
And straight into a door.
She's saying something crazy,
"It's got me by the knees!"
Or maybe I misheard that,
It must have been Chinese.

Next time it will be Willy,
I'm sure it's coming soon.
She'll claim he's on his hind legs,
Barking at a racoon.
Or maybe it will be Laura,
Floating through the air,
That happened only yesterday,
