Metal

LyricsShow lyrics

i'm going under
into the ground

the siren calls
and i am bound

i feel the hunger
it's tasting sweet

i can't resist
it's chasing me

oooh i'm trading my life
oooh such a lovely knife
oooh i won't be sleeping tonight

back to a place where i swore i'd never be
i've fallen victim to my selfish misery

(MINI SOLO OF AWESOMENESS)

i leave in mourning
to find the light

the wind is loud
the sun is bright

i'm headed somewhere
beyond this hell

is it my home?
or just a shell?

back to a place where i swore i'd never be
i've fallen victim to my selfish misery

(AWESOME SOLO OF AWESOMENESS)

oooh i'm trading my life
oooh such a lovely knife
oooh i won't be sleeping tonight

back to a place where i swore i'd never be
i've fallen victim to my selfish misery

i swore an oath i would never do this again
temptation has broke my will to win

Something about this makes me think it sounds like metal as played by the Presidents of The USA. It has a slightly whimsical feel about it. Guitars are huge.

Tydon Docking: It's alright, possibly over-reverbed, it's hard to separate the instruments sometimes. Sounds good when it breaks down though.
