Unnatural Disaster - Paco del Stinko

He held the sun in his hand
Now there's never going back
It turned the cities into sand
And the sky rained death all black

The brightest and the best, ultimately they failed the test
They found what they were after, it was an unnatural disaster

And so the monster grew
Rooting fear deep in the dirt
And then born from me and you
Another brother walked across the earth

You said you didn't hate me, and that your monster was for safety
We found what we were after, it was an unnatural disaster

Oh-how it pains my heart, to think of what we've done
And when the end arrives, the horrors will have just begun

We squandered our paradise
For some profit and some greed
Just remember as we vaporize
Only then will we be free

The brightest and the best, ultimately they failed the test
They found what they were after, it was an unnatural disaster
You said you didn't hate me, and that your monster was for safety
We found what we were after, it was an unnatural disaster

That verse riff is pretty ugly. I like the chorus, which feels like it's actually a pre-chorus buildup to the real hook that never comes. Drums are great, again, although in the intro they make me say "You gotta' keep 'em separated!". Challenge feels tacked on.
