A Tribute to the Winchester Mystery House*
http://www.winchestermysteryhouse.com
Well she came out west with her gold and guilt
Haunted by the spirits of the people her husband's gun had killed
Well he won the west and she lost her mind
So she built a house to keep all of her ghosts confined
Some stairs go up, and some stairs go down
And some just stop at the ceiling, and some can't be found
Some walls have doors that don't go nowhere
Seven floors - how the hell do you get up there
And Mrs. Winchester, what were you thinking?
A stairway is s'posed to go somewhere
And a window is s'posed to look somewhere
But this house just goes round and round and round
Round and round and round
I guess it goes to show what pain can do
What kinda house would you have built if this had happened to you
Your wallet lined with the wealth of death
Our family gone and a haunted feeling is all you have left
And Mrs. Winchester, what were you thinking?
A stairway is s'posed to go somewhere
And a window is s'posed to look somewhere
But this house just goes round and round and round
Round and round and round
