Argh, ooh, erm...mmmm. Shall I start with the good or the bad? Technically super, I love the clapping rhythm and Nouvelle Vague stylings, the disco part is very accomplished and the transition is smooth enough, but......I'm just not getting a visceral enjoyment of this song that I've got from the others, I can be as analytical as possible but at the end of the day it doesn't make me go "yeah!". I can't even attribute it to genre bias, cos this is more my kind of thing than Andrew's song but he totally grabs you by the scruff of the neck and won't let go (and I don't mean cos his song is aggresive, I mean cos it's catchy) but you guys seem to try your hardest to make music that won't offend. If I was having dinner with my parents then I'd put Tiny Robots on in the background, but since I'm giving you the full on headphone treatment you just don't cut it. After listening to the other songs 2 or 3 times I could sing the main parts back to you, but I've spun this at least 5 times in a row and can't get a hook into my brain. A lot of it has to do with Erin's voice, it hits all the notes, got control, and it's female which always makes me take notice, but there's no edge, no (dare I say it) emotion, no....je ne sais quoi.
