Patient #7
by WreckdoM

In the darkness of my youth
She is laying out a spread
We are sitting on a cloth
The whole world is made of dots
Eating my favorite foods
There is darkness from above
We are screaming and we run
Storm clouds are raining blood

and I get mad, seven is mad
He needs his meds and he needs a nap

Standing in a smokey hall
Booze laughing on our breath
I make your song appear
There is lightning on your lips
Dancing in a neon flash
There is darkness from below
You collapse inside my arms
You are falling into parts

and I get mad, seven is mad
He needs his meds and he needs a nap

This has cacophony. Finally. Unfortunately there is hardly anything else left. Personally I think if you're going to use cacophony, use it to accentuate something, not to win some kind of world record. I'll definitely factor in the very complex arrangement that has lots of interesting details. At the same time, it's points off for making the song hard to follow and hard to enjoy. Oh, and I don't quite see how the word "patient" relates to this song. Just because someone takes drugs he isn't necessarily a patient, right? Not sure the slurred words make this any better.

It sounded crazy...which is what you were going for I guess. The overall experience just wasn't enjoyable for me.

I was hoping you would give a tender piano ballad in perfect pitch - and then use as your defense "It sounds like cacopony to me - here are 100 Songfight entries by WreckdoM that sound melodic to me"
Whatever - this is great. Great song, great performance, and great use of challenge (which would have been no challenge to you).
