Based on the recent story of the Dutch "horror dentist" who had been illegally practicing dentistry and mutilating people.
He fled to Canada and was arrested here a while ago and extradited to the Netherlands, then deported to France.
Last week he was sentenced to 8 years in prison and barred from dentistry for life.
