what a great opening! This is Cash filtered through some indie mix - I wish (and know you can't have) some tremendous Arcade Fire style backing badn kicked in and took this away into the stratosphere. As it is it never recaptures the impetus of the first minute.

the intro guitar is really nice. the vocals remind me of poor june ...... > :O: < ....... but they're not bad, just more in the delivery and the chin rocker enunciation. vocals might be mixed a bit hot as i hear a fair amount of clipping. actually, when you take the phone filter off the vocals, they sound much better. arrangement is a bit repetitious, and the vocals kind of enhance this. the hand claps almost sound like an afterthought but they have this weird charm to them how they play off the guitar. i really like your guitar work on this by the way.

I could be way off base here, but I get the impression you're trying to sound like Aaron Lewis. If that's the case, it might be hurting the song. I want to hear you sing it all relaxed and comfortable in front of the mic.

pros you got the guitar to sound pretty good
cons very very uninteresting. I have to agree with judges decisions.
The Handclaps were out of place, but not horrible.
