There's a pretty good song somewhere in here, but you need to take a little more time during your recording process to make sure you're singing on-key the whole time. Also, you've got some cumulative buzz in the track that gets louder with each extra instrument added. If you can't fix that background noise, then at least make it constant; it's most noticeable when it changes. (Also, I didn't catch the challenge relevance, but I'll pay closer attention to the lyrics on a second listen either during my lunch break or after I get home from work tonight.)
