I really like the pirate chanting and the drums here. The horn section providing that descending accent at the end is also a good touch. I appreciate that the lyrics are a little more straightforward than your usual; there are no "What did he mean by that?" moments. I suspect some of the other listeners might see that as a negative, but I think in this song keeping the lyrics simple was the right choice because it lets the listener focus uninterrupted on this dark musical groove. I really feel transported to a ship on the sea, in the middle of a storm. Great work!
