Most of these are attempts to fold the name into the flow of the lyrics. The most egregious shoehorning is using agony/sus- to be a homophone of agony sauce. The jerks of jerkatorium get a nod, but I didn’t actually say the band name, so it’s just an homage.

The message of this song is this: if you have goals, you have to work towards them. (Even just doing your laundry counts!)

There's some cool movement in the groove. But the mix/arrangement seems cluttered. It's either too busy or too many instruments are masked and it's tiring to my ears a bit, especially on the chorus. Vocal performance is very good.
