I awoke in the water and I poked my head up,
like Martin Sheen in that Vietnam movie.
I made a call and in minutes I was flying again,
I need your drugs to come and soothe me.

I'd seen the exposees and the after-school specials,
and bugs crawling down the walls.
I'd seen Helen Hunt, what a talentless cunt,
jump out of windows, I've seen it all.

Now Jesus Christ, I'm living in my sin.

I peeled away, that awful mess,
I learned to sew, made you a dress,
I'll make the best of this bad situation.
