Tongue Twister

LyricsShow lyrics

Cold Comfort by The Worldly Self-Assurance

Did you exchange cold comfort for change?
Does that explain the rage you engaged?
Where on the farm were you so very harmed?
Did the alarm keep you warm?

CHORUS
Cold comfort in your heart
Shivering for days
Let’s leave winter behind
And find us a heat wave
Sunshine City
Sunshine City
Grab your stuff let’s go

You planned and ran the whole damn scam
Lying your way from Bombay to Japan
Leaving a wake of ache and mistakes
A snake that quaked until it woke up

CHORUS

namamugi namagome namatamago

Baby maybe making pie
abating pain belated by
becoming my mate's alibi
before it became "coming by"

CHORUS

It feels so good when everything comes together like this. When we’re all clicking. When it’s a group effort. It’s so good to hear Melvin’s vocals on a song. Ken’s lyrics are wonderful. I just love this song! Everyone did an awesome job! I sure hope we advance, I think we have a good shot. The competition is really tough.

Good job everyone! Good luck!
