I'm getting a massive Beatles vibe here, you clearly have a comfortable handle on some fun chord progressions. This would probably sound good in a GnG format which helps, and I also like some of the arrangment choices, mainly the twinkly ones. I think I'd have preferred this without the last minute of the song, as it is I don't have that "I want to hear it again right now!" feeling when it ends.
